Suggest Medication For Constant Bleeding

I have been bleeding constantly for the past 7 weeks the doctor has prescribed 5mg of norithsterone to be taken 1 3 times a day which I have been taking for the past 3 weeks but I am still bleeding and to be honest it has got heavier. I have read that norithsterone should stop the bleeding after a couple of days of taking it so why am I still bleeding? I do have a coil fitted and I also have a fibroid but I don't seem to be getting anywhere with my GP please help!

Start tranaxemic acids tablet and ethamsylate tablets combination drugs. Do a thyroid profile.
