Suggest Medication For Constipation And Lethargy

my mom is 62yrs,she is diabetic n has bp .she has this heaviness in stomach most of the time.she has never had her sugar controlled ,she feels lethargic most of the time,she has remained this way all through ,she even has constipation prob ,but ihave noticed 1 thing that when she is not home then she never complains ,but the moment she is home all things start .she takes alot of tension,doesnt move for walks.please suggest some medicine or any alternate medicine ,thanks for ur help

1) Drink more water.
2) Eat more fiber, especially soluble, non-fermentable fiber.
3) Exercise more.
4) Drink coffee, especially caffeinated coffee.
5) Take Senna, an herbal laxative.
6) Eat probiotic foods or take probiotic supplements.
7) Use over-the-counter or prescription laxative.
