Suggest Medication For Constipation

Hi. I am recovering from an anal fissure caused by a razor while shaving. I have ibs and am constipated. Is there something i can take to turn stool watery? Stool softeners only make it thick and pasty and even harder to get out. I am on rectiv and ibuprofen. I dont want to risk re tearing or inflammation.

I have gone thru your query and can understand your concern .

Dear , it is a very common problem faced by almost everyone not living regular life style . If uncontrolled, it can increase the toxicity of the body resulting in chronic diseases.
I would like to suggest you to modify your life style and increase your Immunity .
Drink warm salty water early morning. Add lemon juice and a spoon of honey .Include Dahi , preferably butter milk , fiber rich food such as green leafy vegetables and juicy fruit
Avoid cold drinks and processed foods like white bread and biscuits , Tea / Coffee , Smoking , Alcohol and too much of medication .

Be Physically Active ,. Exercising . Running, Yoga , Pranayam- Deep Breathing - Inhale -hold - Exhale - Hold , Kapalbhati , Agni Saar and other physical activities improve digestion , will help you stay regular and prevent constipation.
Along with this you can take Homeopathic - a dose of Sulphur in the morning ,and Nux Vomica in the evening for 2- 3 days will help you get
rid your problem .
