Suggest Medication For Constipation,vomiting And Loss Of Appetite
constipation and puking are my main problems the past 2 days..i don t have an appetite and i try to keep food down but i can t until today, my third day of being sick. last night i had a severe headache and fever. i don t know what s wrong with me or how to get better?

You may be suffering from acute gastritis or gastroentritis or any inflammation in the abdomen like appendicitis or cholicystitis or diverticulitis etc may cause above symptoms.
Use tablet pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. use tablet ondonsetron twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your physician) gastroentrologist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
