You can very easily reduce your weight I will definitely help you in best possible way
I would like to know about your complete medical history like your age, weight, height , history of
diabetes or
thyroid disease I would advise you to follow these guidelines
1. Avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food
2. Have plenty of fresh fruits and steamed vegetables
3. Exercise regularly 30 to 45 minutes a day start with brisk walking,jogging cycling or swimming and slowly increase your stamina
4. Avoid high calorie food, frozen and fast foods
5. Have lots of fibers and sprouted grains
6. Have plenty of fluids
7. Avoid
smoking and alcohol, carbonated drinks and high calorie thick juices
