Suggest Medication For Cough And Cold For A Child

Hi Doctor,

My son is 2 years old suffering from cough and cold.

I have the syrup methdilazine ammonium chloride and sodium citrate expectorant.

Can I give him.

If not then Pls suggest me the medicine.
