Suggest Medication For Cough And Running Nose

2 yr 9 mos boy has running nose and coughs at night..toplexil and because of other health issue(wound due to minor accident), took augmentin..cough and blocked nose was gone but after 2 weeks he has running nose and cough again..what should we give him?

i suggest Loratadine syrup 2.5ml once daily..Causes less sedation than older antihistamines ..
