OBGYN 's  Response
If you are at all concerned that this is an topic pregnancy, you need to have your blood drawn for quantitative hCG and if that is positive follow it out with repeat testing every two days. However, it is not unusual for a random period to be delayed a few days. It will not harm you to take some over-the-counter anti-inflammatory such as ibuprofen for your pain. You can double the recommended dose as long as you also doubled the interval between doses. I hope you feel better soon and I also hope that you conceive soon.

OB & GYN Specialist Dr. Richa Agarwal's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for writing to us.
You should consult a gynaecologist immediately and get your ultrasonography test done to rule out pregnancy(ectopic).
I know you are having negative urine test still I would suggest you repeat urine and blood test.
If your ultrasonography shows nothing you may go for withdrawal bleeding through medication.
Good luck.
Regards
Dr. Richa
