Suggest Medication For Dark And Dry Skin

My age is 27. Complexion is dark and skin is dry . I bought Vatamin E evion capsules as one of my friend suggested , it will make my skin smooth and will improve complexion.



So shall I use this ? If yes then shall I use the oil of capsule externally on my face or I will have it one per day
