Suggest Medication For Dark Skin On Thighs,waist And Underarms
Hello Doctor,
I am 25 years old with fair skin but my skin in my thighs, waist, butt and underarms are really dark. It's like I don't scrub it well when I take shower. I keep putting lotion with Vitamin E but nothing works at this far. I feel envious of my siblings for having an even color of their skin. Please help!
