Dear Friend
Welcome to Health care magic.I have read your query and understood your concern.

Face skin is relatively darker in most of the people due to more sun exposure and environmental exposures.
You may apply topical depigmenting creams like glycolic acid, kojic acid , vitamin C , arbutin etc available in market under supervision.
Other options are chemical peels and microdermabrasion with strict sun protection.

Based on the available details, this is my best advice for you. You should discuss with your doctor and share my opinion, I am sure he/she will agree to my opinion. If you wish to discuss the problem further , you may please ask.
Stay Healthy.
