I am diagnosed degenerative of lumbar spine [mild arthritis), I have been taking diclofenac sod Dr 50 mg for 60 days. I don t feel any better [no result}. what I have to do? continue to take declovenac? how about chiropractic is it good for my problem? thanks for ypur answer

After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from lumbar spondylosis (degenerative arthritis).Back exercises, Diacerine, glucosamine sulfate, neurotropic such as methycobalamin and analgesics give relief. You are already taking analgesic continue that.Avoid long continuous standing. Sit in a straight posture.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
