my 13 month old daughter gets boils all the time in her diaper area. i had never had one before, but got them quite a bit when i was pregnant with her. what can i try? more importantly, what could be causing this? they are terribly painful & i hate seeing her like this..

Diaper rash are irritant dermatitis caused due to increase in PH of skin by urine or faeces. Frequent change of diaper is necessary.
Clean with baby soap and pat dry, then apply daktacort cream in the affected area. After the rash has healed apply zinc oxide/vaseline to protect the skin from exposure to irritant(urine/feaces).
