Suggest Medication For Difficulty In Passing Stools After Hysterectomy

I had a hysterectomy 1 month ago, and since surgery my bowel will not work. Was told to take movicol and and duphalac which I am doing. 2 days ago I took 3 sachets of moviolas without good result, today have taken 50 ml duphalac. Some hours have gone by. Not sure how to proceed.
