Hello. My daughter is 6 years old and she was hit in the cheek bone area close to her eye hard by a rock. I immediately put ice and witch hazel on her eye area. The eye turned black. I iced it for 2 days. We are now on day 5. The blackness is getting better but the knot is still visible. It has dimished a lot but the knot is on the bone area. I'm so worried it will not go away. What can I do to help with swelling. I did put more ice and vitamin k on it last night. I have also tryed to make sure she doesn't lay on the side with her sore eye and I keep her head elevated. What else can I do? Please advise. Thanks so much.
