Suggest Medication For Dizziness After Hitting The Lateral Side Of Knee Cap

I hit the lateral side of my knee cap while scooting into a table, i got a few sentences out about how i hit my knee and how i hated that table. I then began to get dizzy and could no longer speak, but i could think. I felt my head spinning wildly and could only see the light in the room and hear someone asking if I was okay. About a minute later it finally stopped and i regained the ability to speak. --Was this just a shock to my nervous system and my blood going to the injured part of my body why I felt like this? A friend said it appeared as though I was having a seizure, but I believe it was just the injury.
