Suggest Medication For Dizziness

im 14 and ive been dizzy lately, it started Wednesday night 2 weeks ago. it also started the 3rd or 10th last year and lasted for a month or 2 .its kind of like an imax movie feeling, but 2 days ago for 1 second the room turned left but only then has that happened,i talked to a therapeutic doctor and she said that its a gut/brain nerve thing, but i wont get to see her for another 4 days. ive tried sinus/ear thing but they dont work, probiotics helped a little.
