Hello,

In my opinion, orthostatic hypotension (lowering of blood pressure after sitting or standing from laying) should be considered.

It is necessary to measure your blood pressure in laying, sitting and standing position.

If no significant changes in blood pressure then benign paroxysmal positional vertigo should be considered.

Discuss with your Doctor for these issues.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
