You don't have to worry much about these symptoms as many men have this problem and you can overcome it in the following way.
1. You can try
behavioral therapy, which would help about 70% of men to overcome this problem. Under this, you need to practice 'pause-squeeze technique'. This requires cooperation from your partner too. Over a period of time, you will start holding it longer than before and would increase your confidence and performance.
2. You can try tropical anesthetics too. It would temporarily reduce the sensations and would help you to hold on for quite some time.
3. Also, use of medications like selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs) like
sertraline or
fluoxetine would help to delay ejaculation. This may be used in conjunction with behavioral therapy.
4. Sometimes, masturbating before sexual activity would help to hold on ejaculation for some time and it may be beneficial.
5. Since anxiety or stress is a factor which would cause
premature ejaculation, it would be better to practice
relaxation techniques like
meditation to keep your mind calm and composed.
Erectile dysfunction can be overcome by taking medications like Sildenafil or Tadalafil, half an hour before your sexual activity. Slowly, as you gain confidence and good erection, you can stop using the drugs.
