Suggest Medication For Extreme Flexing Of Distal Phalanx In Left Ring Finger

my left ring finger's distal phalanx has been injured while attempting to catch a fast top spin during a tennis match, its not swollen and it doesnt hurt while wrapped in a metallic splint. it resembles a mallet finger but i can manually move it back without pain. however, i due get pain when i try to make a fist. i could bend my proximal and distal phalanx on my right's ring finger, but i can only bend my proximal phalanx on my injured one. its been 3 weeks since i place the splint, what else can i do to make the recovery faster?
