Suggest Medication For Food Poisining
I ate chiboni yogurt that I ate after defrosting it in the refrigerator. The date was Sept. 2013 recalled. It tasted fine and looked fine. I need to know the systoms of food poisening . I was cramping every few minutes for 24 hrs. tried to eat an I vomited. After 24hrs. I did eat and finally had a bowl movement, what else am I expected to look forward to?

Hi.Dairy product can cause food poisoning if they are beyond there exp date.
It can cause nausea,vomiting,campy abdominal pain and diarrhea.You should take plenty of fluids to avoid dehydration,Probiotics and have some semisolid food for 2-3 days.It will take 3-4 days to get over.
