Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
I read your query and understand your concern
In my opinion you are suffering from tensive headache caused by your shoulder pain.Anyway it is fully treatable, don't worry
You should use a combination of daily treatment such as propanolol (or depachine,Topamax, amitriptyline) and pain killers for some days (ibuprofen)
Hope my answer will help you in fast recovery
Stay healthy
Best regards
