Suggest Medication For Frequent Urination,burning And Swelling Of Penis.

I am 26 years old and 70 kgs and I am quite healthy and athletic bodied.I am experiencing very bad condition of my penis.I have to wake up 6 times to urinate in night and only 5 to 10 drops come out of my penis and i always feel that i still need to urinate.IF I dont drink water for a long time my penis feels like its burning with fire and urine is very very yellow but burning reduces as i drink more and more water.I have lost my sexual power as I am losing erection and facing too much premature ejaculation during intercourse.I have mastrubated too much in past but now my penis is swollen if i masturbate. Kindly help me as I am too shy to go to a doctor and tell him.There is also language barrier.

From your complaints it seems to be a case of UTI. You should go for urine r/e & c/s. Share the reports with your doctor so that they can suggest you better.
