Suggest Medication For Gastritis And Diarrhea

I m dry heaving and not being able to have an appetite and I am so feeling nauseous. I get to the toilet and try to throw up and only stomach acid comes out. I tried to eat small portions of rice and bread and stuff like that but it s not wanting to go down. And I have no appetite to eat. I ve been drinking Gatorade and every time I drink Gatorade I throw up. its been going on for about three months now and I think it s mostly my nerves and I feel like all my anxiety goes to my stomach and makes me hurt. I m also having diarreah. Yesterday it was sort of red colored and now it s yellow and coming out like water. This has been going on for three months now with the diarreah.

Thsnks gor asking me this question.

First you have to check your stool examination test.After diagnose disease than start drugs.

Drink filter water.Avoid spicy foods.Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Avoid stressful condition.
In diarrhea antihistamine drugs are given.

In gastritis antacids are given for symptoms relief.
H2 antagonist like cimetidine , ranitidine are given.
Proton pump inhibitor can use.

In H.pylori infection, quadruple therapy is given like proton pump inhibitor plus metronidaxole plus tetracycline are given for 2 to 3 weeks.

In peptic ulcer case blood may present in stool .
