Hi..
If a person comes to me with passing of loose stools green in colour, I would assess his dehydration status by examining skin, eyes, tongue, blood pressure and pulse rate.Without wasting a single minute I would rehydrate the person by prescribing electrolyte powder. After that I would empirically treat him as diarrhoea of infectious origin and will prescribe him broad spectrum antibacterial and fungal - Tablet Ofloxacin(200mg) + Ornidazole (500mg) twice a day for 7 days. At the same time I write him test (stool examination and stool culture) to confirm the diagnosis.

Since this is a prescription medicine,I would suggest you to meet the local doctor to confirm diagnosis
