i have stomach issues, i think it could be mentally or stress related. my stomach makes noise like growling and in bellow my waist area around there-ish in the middle it feels like vibrating, sometimes it just growles and growles but other times i get the feeling and it doesn't happen. but right now it felt like a rock or feeling of it feel down not a "rock litterly" but the feeling something went down, and i sometimes have a problem with gas and going to the bathroom.
