Suggest Medication For H Pylori

I had H.plroi around and year back confirmed with biopsy. I was cured with HP kit in India. I live in Tempe, AZ, USA and the problems and symptoms started off this summer just like the last year, unfortunately I can t fly back now neither can I afford to test here being a student. And many of the friends here right now have this trouble around. I m suspecting it s with the water. Can I take HP Kit? Symptoms: Stomach pain at times; heavy gastritis- killing one din t settle with all Pan-40, Cyra-D, Esogaurd, omprazole, etc (I have serve ulcers before and even now); Ulcers (I can t eat spicy stuff); No troubles with stools. Noted you have stomach pain. ...and history of h.pylori before one year...

Through contaminated water by fecooral route it can spread ....
So confirm it by urea breath test...
Then HP kit can be taken....

Meanwhile fruits taken more....
Avoid smoking and alcohol.
Tea and coffee excess avoided...
Meat and sour fruits avoided as they are gastric irritant....
Green leafy veg taken more....
Water more esp hot water.
Kiwi reach in vitamin E , vitamin C , magesium and pottasium so help in healthy digestion...

If no benefit then USG or endoscopy might needed...

Take care...

It is better to get examined at nearby doctor...
