Suggest Medication For Hair Loss And Dandruff

I had dandruff for 9 years and so I have consulted a doctor and she suggested me tarry shine shampoo . It worked on dandruff but when i started moving to hair fall medicines leaving that shampoo ., again am getting dandruff and my hair fall is still severe which makes me feel worse day by day . But as am having vitamins tab and using Anaphase shampoo . My hair fall has reduced but new hair growth is not visible . So my question is, what is the permanent solution for oily dandruff and hair fall and HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CURE MY PROBLEM ?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if this is male bald head patrons then there is no permanent solution for this, for the dandruff you can continue the given medicine, it is became very difficult to advise when no information given regarding the age and gender, not possible to advise in right way, take care and have a nice day.
