Suggest Medication For Head Ache & Dizziness

My daughter is a gymnast and hit her nose on the uneven bars which snapped her head back yesterday which caused a bloody nose and a headache. Today she has had a headache all day and been dizzy off and on. I checked her eyes last night and they were responsive to light but tonight they seem dilated (but are still responsive to light) Wondering if I should have her checked for a concussion or some other potential injury?

Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that your daughter is having dizziness and headache following injury to the head.
Since there is history of headache, dizziness, bloody nose this requires evaluation by CT scan and other tests to rule out concussion head injury.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
