Hello,

You are suffering from dizziness and headache after working on laptop or computer. Headache may be triggered by eyestrain, excess illumination and poor posture. If people who are sensitive or have some neurological deficits are exposed to low radiofrequency electromagnetic fields through the use of cell phones and wi-fi can suffer from severe migraine headaches. Patterns on the screen like bright lights on a dark background, flashing shapes, or specific line patterns may trigger headaches in a small percentage of sensitive people with neurological deficits.

You are suggested to maintain correct posture while sitting, walking, running or sleeping. Take break between work. Give rest to your eyes for 15 minutes after two hours of continuous computer use. Prefer to stay in dim light than a brightly lighted room (work area), use drapes to reduce glare. Adjust the illumination of your laptop or monitor to suit your eyes. Stay more active. Do not skip meals. Make sure you are well hydrated. People with poor psychological stamina are more prone to suffer from digital vertigo.

Reduce the contrast on your computer or phone screen while increasing the font size. It will be helpful. It has been seen that a misalignment in the bones of the upper neck (C1 vertebra) may trigger vertigo. You are suggested to get clinically examined by an ENT or GP. Get imaging tests done. You will be treated accordingly. Get connected to a physical therapist. Physical therapy effectively reduces dizziness.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
