Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic

I am Dr. Shama and I will be answering your question.

I went through the history and it seems you are having bump in the head following a injury. This indicates a hematoma because of collection of blood in the layers of skin. This will resolve slowly as the blood gets absorbed.
However if the injury is severe, head injury needs to be ruled out. The presence of symptoms like nausea, vomiting, dizziness, loss of consciousness, bleeding from nose or ear.... should require a evaluation by investigations like CT scan to rule out head injury. Otherwise no need to worry, taking analgesics and cold compression will provide symptomatic relief.

Do write back to me for further questions.

Hope this is helpful to you.

Thank you
