Hello,
He may be suffering from viral flu with gastroenteritis. It may be due to food poisoning also. Use tablet Paracetamol thrice a day for five days. Drink plenty of liquids and ORS solution.
Use tablet Sporulac twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please get it done stool examination and blood investigations then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
