Suggest Medication For Headache,fever& Stomach Pain

My daughter is 9 yrs old and yesterday we was tailgating at the college game. I have notice every time we do this she complains about headache,she has fever and her stomach hurts..she s not dehydrated. I know she is tired could this be because of her being tired.

Tailgating may be considered as mild trauma, so, the pain and the tiredness may be explained.

Fever if low grade, is not a problem of concern, but if high grade may indicate a viral infection for example.

If these symptoms persist for more than a few days, your daughter should be seen by the Pediatrician.
