Hi,

Gabapentin has been given to you for the treatment of your neuropathy. It is basically not a treatmentbut reduces the ttransmission of nerves impulses. The remedy is to have controlled sugar levels. You may visit your physician and ask them to change Gabapentin to other drug. This should be completely fine. No side effects.

Do let me know for any additional information.
