Suggest Medication For High BP And High Blood Sugar Level

please advice as my doctor advice me Zoryl m3 in morning with Tri nexovas 40 , Gemer pl2 in evening with Concor 5 mg , at present my my BP is 190/100 and Random sugar 222 , , in taking following medicine from last two year , Germer 2 fort with olmesar 40 mg and ecosprin AS 75 mg one in morning and one tablets of Germer 2 fort in evening
