Hello welcome to HCM.
I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Actually sprinolactone and losartan both can increase potassium levels. If your potassium level is already high than its a bad combination.

The diazyde also contains medicine which can increase potassium but it has also other drug in addition hydrochlorothiazide which will control potassium.

My advice to you is you should not take spironolactone or diazyde with losartan. Ideal medication for you is chlorthalidone which can be added to losartan or Plain hydrochlorothiazide.

Ask your doctor regarding this and then repeat your potassium levels.
Thank you.
