Suggest Medication For Irregular Periods

i spotted in november for 7 days then in dec i spotted for 15 days then got heavy periods for 15 days dr adviced for pause mf tabs i took 12 tabs daily 2 periods slowed and stopped for 2 days then again periods started the date is 13 jan when i started spotting it was 12 dec exactly 1 months is over what is this do again i got my normal periods at same date plz help is his harmonal imbalance or what i have bach pain
