Hello. I had rough sex about. Two weeks ago. It didn't have much foreplay so I was not very lubricated. I noticed a dot or so of blood from sore spot. I noticed this morning that the spot was a little irritated and puffy. Is it a tear and how do I treat it?

sex without foreplay leads to not proper lubrication which cause dryness and difficult and painful sex and secondary irritation and bleeding itching and puffy spots.
as the time pass spots become more dry and so irritates more and also itching very well.
