Suggest Medication For Itchiness In Vagina And Frequent Urge To Urinate

i am a female age 22 yrs since last few months i have been facing a lot problem sometimes there is intense itching in vagina and frequent urge of urination and urine come drop by drop even i could not hold it for a second. initial it happened less frequently but since few days it happening very frequently.

Hello

Your findings may indicate infection.It may be due to fungal or bacterial cause.
You may need clinical examination and investigations.
You may need routine hemogram,random blood sugar,urine RE/ME and urine culture and sensitivity.

You may need antifungal like clotrimazole 100 mg tablet for vaginal use or antibiotics if UTI is diagnosed.
You may also need perineal wash.It can correct pH locally.
You should drink plenty of water.
