Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely recurrent bartholinitis and yeast infection.In my patients with such condition i treat with combination of antibiotics like clindamycin and clotrimazole in the form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also advise them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent from getting further infections.Irritating soaps also should be avoided and should use hypoallergic soaps like Cetaphil.Hope this may help you.
