Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, from what u have described, the diagnosis is Tinea cruris et corporis.
Merely, topical meds as you were applying isnot going to help this extensive condition,
You need a course of systemic antifungals, in the form of Tab Terbinafine (Sebifin) 250 mg once daily for 6 weeks (irrespective of the resolution of lesions).
Also, apply Lulifin cream twice daily on the lesions, apply Flucos dusting powder in afternoon, wear loose clothes, avoid sweating (keep the lesions dry),
Take Tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime daily
As per darkening is concerned, the lesions subside with hyperpigmentation which is temporary and fades over time.
Thanks
Take care
