Suggest Medication For Itching And Rash Caused By Skin Cream

Hi Doctor,
I used skin care cream before two continuous days. At that time there was not any side effect i saw but today there is the red spots occur on face and itching is also there.
Please let me know what is the cause of it and how can i prevent it ?
