Suggest Medication For Itchy And Red Spots On Face

I have a small cluster of 3 or 4 small spots which are now very itchy on my face. I never get spots normally, and had these a couple of days, one in particular is very sore and angry and has since scabbed since I must have scratched it in the night and not realised. This has left an unsightly looking partly scabbed and partly open looking wound on my cheek and was wondering what I can put on them and the spots to reduce the itching and redness please, and also to make the healing process quicker as I have an important meeting to attend in 2 days time. Thank you.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It may be sort of allergy... contact allergic dermatitis. You may consult the dermatologist to get perfect diagnosis. Antistaminics like Cetirizine may be taken for few days. Apply mild steroid cream like mometasone. And keep away from suspected triggers.

Hope this helps.
