Suggest Medication For Lesions In The Brain
i have been having trouble with dizziness, loss of balance , fatigue, headaches. i had an MRI of my brain recently and it shows i have some lesions . i have Celiac Disease and just read on line about vitamin b 12 deficit causing a lot of these same symptoms. could a vitamin b 12 deficit cause lesions on my brain.

Unfortunately b 12 deficiency can cause neurologic disorder provoked by medullary or cerebral lessons
In my opinion you should consult your neurologic and start treatment ( b12 + anti symptomatic treatment)
