Hi
Welcome to the HCM

I have gone through your question and understand your concerns but don't worry. After infections such as typhoid and antibiotics, the gut flora is altered leading to bowel dysfunction and diarrhoea. Also, Gastro colic reflux can lead to frequent poops.

I see such cases routinely in my clinical practice. I recommend probiotic such as enterogermina twice daily for the treatment of this condition. Probiotic will help in early recovery.

Also, ensure regular healthy diet and plenty of fluids to prevent dehydration. You may use lemonade, buttermilk, soups etc.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Take care
