Suggest Medication For Low Grade Fever Of Around 97.4 Degree

Hi. I have been getting a low grade fever for 4 weeks now but only in the evenings. My normal temperature is 97.4 and it is going to 99.5-100.4. I was diagnosed with endometriosis 14 years ago and started the Progesterone shot (Depo Vera) on April 4, 2014. Is my fever connected to my hormones trying to balance out or the shot? Thank you.

Hi thanks for your question.
No your fever could not be due to progesterone.You have evening rise of temperature This needs physical examination by a physician and few basic investigating before medicine could be prescribed for it.You may need investigations like few blood test,a sputum examination and chest x ray.kindly visit nearby physician for all these investigations.Temperorly you can control your fever with cold sponging and by taking tablet paracetamol
