Dear Sir, I'm Raghu from Bangalore. I have right sided varicocele, pseudomonas growth (in semen) and

also motility is less.

Below is the semen analysis report:

Sperm concentration: 18 mil/ml
Granular Debris: Present

Sperm Motility:

Rapid Progressive Movement: 0%
Sluggish Progressive Movement: 18%
Non progressive: 15%
Non-motile: 67%

Sperm Morphology:

Normal Sperms: 19%
Head defects: 58%
Neck & mid piece defects: 12%
Tail defects: 8%
Cytoplasmic droplets: 3%

We tried for IUI twice but failed to concieve. My spouse got severe pain after 3 days of IUI & it

lasted till her periods got over.

Please advice us how to overcome this problem & have a healthy baby.
