Hi welcome to HCM.
Chest pain in your case seems to be atypical pointing to a noncardiac cause. But even though it seems muscular in origin,a through evaluation is needed to rule out coronary artery disease.I advise you to have a baseline ecg and 2 dimensional echo to rule out organic heart disease. In case of negative test results, all you need is analgesics like NSAID's to control your pain.Consult your cardiologist for further queries.
Thank you.
