Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. You are taking pain medications- meloxicam hydrocodone and acetaminaphen, and muscle relaxant- cyclobenzaprine. In Osteoarthritis pain medications and muscle relaxants are effective to an extent but not fully if the degree of joint damage is more.Chondroprotectors and local corticosteroid are also effective in some but mostly till second stage osteoarthritis. If your joint narrowing is almost and no cartilage left to protect then only solution is joint replacement. You can approach an Orthopedician for that.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
