Hi,

You are having pain in tip of penis since one year according to history. So it suggestive of some infective pathology. You should investigated with urine routine microscopic. If still pus cells and bacteria present then urine culture has to be done for further work up.

According to culture report antibiotic course prescribed. You can also investigate with X-ray pelvis or ultrasonography to find any stone in urinary tract if present. I suggest you consult Urologist for examination and further management.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
